Take the time to see this one of a kind Villa.
The entire construction is cement block and cement (roof) reinforced by
rebar. There is no wood in the construction except for interior cabinets, doors, etc. making the villa very
low maintenance. Remarkable for the DR we have not had a single leak in the roof. We also positioned
the house so that it takes advantage of the ocean breezes and made the ceiling heights taller as well,
making the house very comfortable.
• We added many extras since we were custom building (including crown molding) that can be seen
throughout as well as some items that may not be seen such as some rooms being “pre-plumbed†for air
conditioning in case it wants to be added later, “pre-plumbed†for an inverter if desired, outdoor
speakers wired directly to entertainment center, gas tiki-torches around the pool plumbed directly to
central propane bottles, theater surround sound, dish network satellite system, and whole house surge
protector.
• We have an individual electric meter and our electric is paid directly to Edenorte each month.
Electricity averages $75 monthly. We are also on the community generator for backup power.
• We imported a container of the finishings from the US including fans, sinks, faucets, light fixtures, etc.
• We have plenty of tile remaining from each room to do any additions/repairs as needed.
• Totally “turn-key†move in with all furniture, kitchen supplies, linens, etc.
