Perla Marina is a gated community that sits between Playa Encuentro and Sea Horse Ranch. With its nicely paved roads, lush tropical growth, and stunning beachside sunsets, Perla Marina is a much sought after neighborhood to own property in.  Over the last 5 years we’ve seen almost all the available land be bought up, plus several new constructions.
