  • Your inquiry history may be visible to the agent/agency

  • Only on your documented instructions (via Platform features)
  • Only for purposes of providing Platform services
  • In accordance with this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
  • In compliance with applicable data protection laws

15.3 Data Security Obligations

We will:

  • Ensure personnel are bound by confidentiality
  • Assist with data security incident response
