Experience a refreshing perspective on coastal living with our collection of 60 residences, each offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The main architectural concept was to create a light form that integrated seamlessly to it’s coastal context through the use of soft corners, lush vertically integrated gardens and an earthy color palette of organic materials such as limestone, wood and natural plasters. The narrow plot presented some interesting challenges. To maximize the views, airflow and quality for most of the units, an angled floor plan split between two buildings was implemented. Internal garden spaces glue the ground floor together in one continuous tropical pad for circulation and amenities. A generous open space was planned to host the amenities such as a 27 meter swimming pool, a roomy 12 person jacuzzi, a gazebo for member’s activities and a gym. All of this surrounded by a beautiful lush garden that provides coziness and shade. Located in the heart of Kite Beach and only a few minutes away from Cabarete Bay, offering a dynamic lifestyle brimming with exhilarating water sports, culinary delights, and charming local shops.
