The Space:

The condo is good for couples, business travelers, families with kids and groups. The ocean breezes and quiet location are very relaxing. With a short drive to supermarkets, banks, hospitals and restaurants, you get the “away from it all feeling,” yet you are just a few minutes’ drive from necessities. We have 7 units in this building and can accommodate up to 13 bedrooms.

Just built and furnished this 2 bedroom 2.5 bath ocean front condo is superb. The living area has comfortable sofa, large 6 person dining table and a 52" HD tv with 30 HD and 100 english channels. Full kitchen with a cooktop , island and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed with an on suite bathroom and patio doors with a partial view of the ocean. The 2nd bedroom has also a king bed and bathroom.

Guest Access:

The common areas are splendid with comfortable seating, lounge chairs, large pool, kids’ pool, showers and Jacuzzi. Great for hosting gatherings with two charcoal BBQs, kitchen and bathrooms.

All properties have fast, stable Wi-Fi connections with backup "just in case." Recently, Claro installed fiber optic lines with 100mb bandwidth.

Loaner cell phones are available free of charge so you can save on roaming and local calls.

Rental cars are available on site, starting at $39.00 per day. No credit cards or passports required, only a valid driver’s license. Price includes taxes and insurance! Minimum rental time required; ask for details.

All condos come equipped with linens, towels, soaps, shampoo and full kitchens with drinking water.

Reservations and check-in managers on staff available during business hours. "Coco" (handyman) on staff for any assistance. We provide a lock box code if you arrive after hours.

Cleaning personnel on staff, and schedules can be pre-arranged. Check-in and check-out cleaning is included. For additional cleaning, there is a $15.00 charge per day.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms.

The Neighborhood:

Laguna Beach (Playa Laguna) is a very nice, semi-private beach, just 100 meters away.

Getting Around:

It is a long walk to the main road. However, we can arrange taxi service and also have rental cars on site. The taxi service cost $10.00 to go to town, and phone numbers are provided in the condo.

Other Things to Note:

Day passes to the Ocean Village Club House include use of the water park, swimming pools and children's playground. The price is 400 pesos ($9.00) for adults and 150 pesos ($3.50) for kids. Another option, that includes day pass and lunch at Al Porto restaurant, is 650 pesos ($14.00) for adults and 450 pesos ($10.00) for kids. Multiple days up to one month: 1,650 pesos ($36.00) per adult and 950 pesos ($21.00) per child (no food included).

The gym day pass is 400 pesos ($9.00); weekly pass is 1,500 pesos ($33.00); monthly pass is 2,500 pesos ($55.00).

There are over 75 local excursions, some of the most popular being Ocean World, whale watching, cable car, Cabarete and Sosua Beaches, horseback riding, 27 waterfalls, surfing and much more.

Sosúa is a small town in the Puerto Plata province of the Dominican Republic. Located approximately 4 miles (6.4 km) from the Puerto Plata International Airport (POP), the town is accessed primarily by Camino Cinco, or Highway 5, which runs much of the length of the country's North coastline.
