 The hotel consists of a Lobby and Administration office, a bar and restaurant with a large terrace over looking the Bay of Cofresi and Ocean World and the famous Casino and Marina. There are a tennis court, two swimming pools and a lovely garden sloping down towards the ocean.

At this moment there are 30 apartments finished which are 15 one bedroom apartments and 15 two bedroom/two bathroom apartments all with a terrace and some with a private Jacuzzi on the terrace. Further more there are 30 hotel rooms half finished which need amongst others bathrooms fixtures.
