Juan Dolio Investor Warning !! - Can You Sell Again ??

I have had extreme problems re-selling a luxury penthouse unit for over 10 months that I bought in Marbella by Metro even I offered it for sale 25% below the current prices for the project and 40% below the general pre-construction prices and that's despite prices has almost doubled since I bought.
Even due to this increase in prices the constructor has not been interested in a buy back of my unit at the original list price nor have they been able to re-sell for me.... so what signal does that send you as a possible investor?
I have spend USD 15,000 on Google Adwords staying #1 for Juan Dolio and more than USD 2,000 in the most prestigious newspaper Listin Dario offering private finance to any possible buyer plus the PH is listed with over 30 agents worldwide not to mention that I alone have used 500 hours of my time emailing promotion material - BUT NOT A SINGLE OFFER DID I RECEIVE - to get the full story in English or Spanish before investing in Juan Dolio you should send me an email - my experience will prevent you from losing a lot of money as this real estate market is full of pumped-up visions and unfulfilled promises by greedy constructors and their promoters - The whole Juan Dolio turns out to be just another "BIG WHITE ELEPHANT" as the promised International Banking Center project with 5-8000 employees has not been started and there is still over 60KM to a nice supermarket or a decent hospital should you need one urgently.... so who is gonna live here is my question to the rental promises? - even most of the promoters is only here in the weekend almost like a traveling circus as they all live very comfortable in Santo Domingo.
WHO AM I you might ask?? well not just the guy who landed and didn't know anything about the country, I'm a Danish architect working and investing here for more than 4 years and I have done 8 successful projects in the Dominican Republic two of them was in Cap Cana where I made over 140% profit in 9 months of ownership - however I only recommend investing there today if you buy re-sales at the right prices.
The 3 beautiful properties below was all reconstructed, re-designed and decorated by me before they where SOLD to happy owners from the UK, Canada and USA. Now they are rented out producing nice profit to its international owners and in the link at the bottom of this page you see my newest penthouse project in Santo Domingo with private home cinema and an American sports bar.

So if you are serious about building or investing here my experience and advice could save you lots of money and sad days by avoiding all the traps that is set up specially for trusting foreigners because there is still virgin beach front land for as little as USD 20 per m2(80,000 an acre) or brand new beautiful 2 bed golf apartments from just USD 170K with guarantied finance in one of the best areas.
