Charming town house directly on the ocean with a private garden and private access to the beach. Ideal to put up your hammock and enjoy the caribbean breeze. The house is spacious inside with a large living room with big windows opening up to the ocean and back yard and a large kitchen with all equipment and large fridge. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with one sharing bathroom and also a maids quarters with another bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a wonderful view overlooking the ocean and a modern bathroom. All is very colourfully decorated and the house is fully furnished with battery powered invertor incase of a power failure. In front of the house there is parking for two cars and a long side the house is a small patio. Lovely home and which can also bring you excellent rental possibilities. Costambar is a private comunity and a deluxe suburb of Puerto Plata very close to the famous aquatic parc Ocean World with its brand new Marina and Casino. The resorts has its own 9 hole golf course and a lovely white sandy beach with many shady palm and almond trees. Also there are a couple of shops and a pharmacy and supermarket so you really dont have to leave the resort. Take advantage of the fact that Costambar has not been discovered yet by the masses and the real estate prices are still low compared to Sosua and Cabarete.
